The Boiled Egg Diet: Lose 24 Pounds in 2 Weeks

The dieting hype train has been on track and gaining speed in the past century.  The nutrition branch came out as having a giant effect on human health, and rightly so. After all, you are what you eat.

So how does it work exactly? Should we go cold-turkey and starve ourselves for a week or two: Definitely not. Your body needs nutrients to survive and stay healthy. The trick is to avoid junk-food, sugar, bubbly drinks and processed food. One way to do that is a boiled egg diet.

Eggs are notoriously rich in protein(it’s what your body uses to build everything ranging from tissues, hormones, bones, muscles etc.).If you ever get the shakes or overwhelming fatigue brought on by excess weight, or perhaps even being underweight, this might be the way to go.

The Boiled Egg Diet:

WEEK 1

Day one

Within an hour after waking up:

boiled eggs(2,3), chia seeds

Midday snack:

Rye bread(the healthy kind) and a banana

Evening:

Chicken salad

Day two

Within an hour after waking up:

2 boiled eggs and oranges

Midday snack:

Chicken prepared any way you like

Evening:

Two boiled eggs, a salad, one orange

Day three

Within an hour after waking up:

2 boiled eggs and banana

Midday snack:

whole-wheat bread, tomatoes, and low-fat cheese

Evening:

Chicken

Day four

Within an hour after waking up:

2 boiled eggs and an orange

Midday snack:

Any type of fruit

Evening:

Prepare and eat only chicken

Day five

Within an hour after waking up:

2 boiled eggs

Midday snack:

2 boiled eggs and steamed veggies

Evening:

Tuna-fish

Day six

Within an hour after waking up:

2 boiled eggs

Midday snack:

any kind of fruit

Evening:

Chicken

Day seven

Within an hour after waking up:

2 boiled eggs and fruit

Midday snack:

steamed veggies, chicken, tomato salad

Evening:

Steamed veggies

WEEK 2

Day eight

Within an hour after waking up:

2 boiled eggs

Midday snack:

Chicken

Evening:

Salad, one orange, 2 boiled eggs

Day nine

Within an hour after waking up:

2 boiled eggs

Midday snack:

2 boiled eggs and veggies

Evening:

Grilled fish and greek salad

Day ten

Within an hour after waking up:

2 boiled eggs

Midday snack:

Chicken

Evening:

Orange, 2 boiled eggs, salad

Day eleven

Within an hour after waking up:

2 boiled eggs and fruit

Midday snack:

low-fat cheese, veggies, 2 boiled eggs,

Evening:

Chicken and salad

Day twelve

Within an hour after waking up:

2 boiled eggs and fruit

Midday snack:

tuna salad

Evening:

2 boiled eggs and salad

Day thirteen

Within an hour after waking up:

2 boiled eggs, fruit

Midday snack:

chicken salad

Evening:

fruit

Day fourteen

Within an hour after waking up:

2 boiled eggs

Midday snack and evening:

chicken and veggies

Note:
