Today I’m here to share a smoothie drink for your joint and knee pain. This drink contains silicon, magnesium, vitamin C and bromelain. All these ingredients provide strength to your body and make you fresh.
How To Prepare Smoothie
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup instant oatmeal
- 1 cup of orange juice
- 40 gram crushed almonds
- 2 cups of pineapple chunks
- 40 gram raw honey
- 7 gram of cinnamon
- Cook the oatmeal
- Put oatmeal in blender and bled it well
- Then squeeze juice from pineapple in blender
- Also add water, crushed almonds, raw honey and orange juice
- Then mix everything well in blender to make a drink
- You can also add ice cubes
